THE COMMON RESOLVE of HIM is serving sacrificially and redemptively to plant cross-cultural church congregations through:

• Penetrating the world
• Preaching the Word
• Preparing workers
• Preserving a heritage of holiness
• Perpetuating the Kingdom of Christ

OUR MISSION is HOPE (Helping Others Prepare for Eternity) by preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ to people groups throughout the world in the most effective manner.

WE ENVISION through the eyes of faith that all races and tongues become worshippers of God in the beauty of Biblical holiness, individually and corporately. It is our goal to help people find their God-given calling and to get them connected where they can best fulfull God's purpose for their lives. In the ares opened to us we envision Hope International Missions, empowered by God, to effectively and energetically engage in bringing change to people's lives by:

• Evangelizing the lost (2 Timothy 2:2, 4:5, Luke 4:18)
• Educating leaders from the grassroots (Matt. 28:19)
• Equipping workers (Ephesians 4:12)
• Edifying believers (Ephesians 4:12)

As a result of the above strategic ministries, we hope to commission people by:

• Establishing the work
• Empowering a new generation of workers (John 17:18; 1 Tim. 1:8)
• Expanding our legacy beyond our borders (Acts 1:8)
• Exemplifying the Lord in character and conduct before a watching world (Matt. 28:19, 20; 1 Tim. 4:6-16)

IN THE NEXT 10 years, we hope to:

1. Establish a communication system and processes wherein all of FEA/HIM Stakeholders (staff, missionaries, supporters, etc.) are mutually and properly informed of what is going on within the organization at home and abroad.
2. Establish church congregations and headquarters (contingent on legality within the country) where we are laboring.
3. Establish an educational curriculum for teaching, training, and for leadership transition.
4. Establish a financial infrastructure system to support the work at home and abroad, with clear guidelines on balanced budget  development and spending.
