Larry D Gardner has been an Idahoan his whole life and currently lives in Emmett, Idaho. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Boise State University. After college, Larry served as a medic in the Idaho Army National Guard. For five years he was the principal and a high school teacher of a Christian School. The last thirty-three years he has been involved in Medicare insurance sales and is planning to retire in 2021. He has been married to his wife, Sherry, for over fifty years, and they have five adult children and ten grandchildren. In 1992 Larry, Sherry, and two of their children served a three-month mission to Siberia teaching English in a Russian school. Larry has always had a heart for missions and missionaries. The last few years he has been privileged to travel all over the world with Joe Taylor of Gospel Publishing Mission—a ministry of Hope International Missions.
